2-1-1 is a free, confidential information and referral service that connects people to essential health and human services 24 hours a day, seven days a week online and over the phone.

The Trevor Project

The Trevor Project is the leading national organization providing crisis intervention and suicide prevention services to LGBTQ+ young people under 25.

National Suicide Prevention Lifeline

The Lifeline provides 24/7, free and confidential support for people in distress, prevention and crisis resources for you or your loved ones, and best practices for professionals.

My Friend Abby, Inc

Mission: To empower youth and young adults to actively create peer to peer connections through grants that improve mental and emotional health.

Core Values: The focus is on future preparation of mental health awareness for students. This includes encouragement of self help, navigating social skills, emotional freedom, and peer to peer outreach. (also activism, compassion, acceptance).
