The choice to seek out therapy is a brave one. There comes a time in every life where even the strongest, most capable people find themselves needing help too. Sometimes life, relationships, work, stress and mental struggles can take precedence over the joy, fun and growth that we seek. I believe that there is a solution to every problem, but also that not every problem requires a solution, and merely radical acceptance. I look forward to helping those in need to unpack the contents of their journey and find a way to continue on with confidence, esteem and resources for harmony and success in their lives.
