One of my favorite quotes is “to grow yourself you must know yourself.” With genuine empathy for my clients, my hope is to offer a warm and collaborative space that allows clients to slow down and understand themselves more deeply. My goal is to meet my clients where they are at, find comfort in discomfort, and help process their unique journey. I believe our relationship is built on trust and that therapy is meant to help us learn and unlearn so we can continue to grow and heal.
